Byline: Greg David Nothing in politics is certain, but no prediction in the last 20 years seems safer than the one that says Eliot Spitzer will be the next governor. That certainty now has insiders focused on how much the attorney general really knows about the important issues facing the state.
The answer is not much. The assertion may be incredible to many people. Spitzer has been the most effective AG ever, and he's very smart. He also works very hard.
