Byline: Samantha Marshall It seems like everyone is shuttling between New York and China. Lawyer Albert Wang is on his way back from Xian. New York City development official Yuet-Fung Ho is in Beijing. And Queens real estate developer Michael Meyer just returned from Shanghai. They are all trying to coax mainland businesses to set up shop in New York and hope to close deals within the next 12 months.
"We have been going nonstop, talking to about a dozen business owners here,'' says Mr. Wang, speaking from China. He is a partner and head of the new China practice at Phillips Nizer.
