A crowded Sept. 11; Movie, TV series, events seek spotlight; who will come?

Byline: Miriam Kreinin Souccar This wednesday, Oliver Stone's much-anticipated $63 million film, World Trade Center, opens across the country. But that's just a curtain raiser. In the coming weeks, at least eight television specials will air. They range from The Path to 9/11, ABC's six-hour miniseries drawn from The 9/11 Commission Report, to Dust to Dust: The Health Effects of 9/11, a documentary on the Sundance Channel about the toxins at Ground Zero.
Exhibitions and memorials on the Twin Towers will open at museums and galleries throughout the city. Conferences and speeches are being planned at churches, synagogues and universities. Even books as obscure as Dog Heroes of September 11th: A Tribute to America's Search and Rescue Dogs, will soon hit the...
