The UK government has appointed Lynne Brindly, chief executive of the British Library; Cathy Garner, chief executive of Manchester Knowledge Capital; Jonathan Spencer, former director general at the Department of Trade and Industry and Constitutional Affairs and Iain Wilcock, deputy managing director of healthcare investment business Quest Capital to the new intellectual property strategy board.
