Analytical Technologies has added two analytes--sucrose and ethanol--to the YSI 7100 MBS.
Six substrates including sucrose, glucose and ethanol can be simultaneously measured, allowing manufacturing processes to be monitored and controlled to maintain quality of product. Lactate, glutamine, glutamate, ammonium and potassium are also measurable. Others will be released shortly.
Immobilised enzyme electrodes ensure accurate, rapid measurements and keep operating costs low. No pre-treatment of samples is necessary.
