C.U.E. unit acquires U.K. urethane molder.

A new unit of urethane molder C.U.E. Inc. has purchased the U.S. urethane molding operation of a London-based company, expanding C.U.E.'s range of operations. Recently formed C.U.E. of West Virginia LLC acquired Elementis plc's Linatex Inc. business for an undisclosed amount. The purchase includes a 25,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Mount Hope, W.Va., processing equipment and the molder's customer list, C.U.E.

President Joseph C. Scaletta said. C.U.E. created the new firm and bought the urethane molding unit to expand its product, manufacturing and sales bases, he said.
