Time and time again, passersby - many there for a noisy, preteen cheerleading competition - would stop and backtrack a few steps to take a better look. For many of those moms, dads and youngsters - the manufacturer's target market - the giant plastic children's playhouse stirred memories of youthful fun.
For industry insiders and longtime plastics manufacturers, it did the same.
