Time and time again, passersby - many there for a noisy, preteen cheerleading competition - would stop and backtrack a few steps to take a better look. For many of those moms, dads and youngsters - the manufacturer's target market - the giant plastic children's playhouse stirred memories of youthful fun.
For industry insiders and longtime plastics manufacturers, it did the same. The difference between the two groups is that the plastics experts could appreciate the manufacturing savvy it took to put it all together.
