Paul Revere's company celebrates bicentennial. (Of Material Interest).

On 14 November, Revere Copper Products Inc., Rome, N.Y., celebrated the 200th anniversary of its founding by Paul Revere, the Revolutionary War patriot and renowned silversmith. The company has one of the 10 oldest continuous brand names in the United States, and its plants in Rome and New Bedford, Mass., produce copper and copper alloys in sheet, strip, coil, plate, bar, and extruded shapes.
