Advanced lubricant enables high strength for P/M parts.(Forming/Processing)

An advanced lubricant that enables up to twice the green strength in conventionally produced ferrous powder metallurgy parts has reportedly been developed by Hoeganaes Corp., Cinnaminson, N.J. The higher strength is developed without the need for warm compaction or high compression techniques.
