Walter W. Kotowski, 67, Skokie, Ill., died Dec. 10, 2002. With 43 years of professional experience, he worked at STK Tool & Manufacturing Co. and Bethlehem Industries. Kotowski also worked as a consultant in the stamping industry, where he managed his own tool and die design company, and was director/vice president of engineering for 27 years at Laystrom Manufacturing.
