The National Center for Excellence in Metalworking Technology, operated by Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), facilitated the Low-Cost Titanium Workshop at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, Md., in December 2003. Over 150 delegates attended from a wide range of organizations, including Department of Defense and Energy program offices, research laboratories, titanium producers, metal fabricators and universities.
