PPE/PA alloy provides heat resistance, impact strength.(Polymers/Ceramics)

A series of painted body panels molded from General Electric's Noryl GTX resin has been selected by BMW, Germany, because of its broad chemical resistance, stiffness, impact strength, and superior high heat performance. The resin is a polyamide (PA) resin reinforced with modified polyphenylene ether polymer (PPE) technology.
