Electroless nickel boron coating has high hardness, high density.(Surface Engineering)

A high-density electroless nickelboron coating that is harder than electroless nickel phosphorus and hard chromium has reportedly been developed by Universal Chemical Technologies Inc., Stuart, Fla. Called UltraCem, the process is based on a chemical reaction and does not depend on electricity.
