Dr. Kwai S. Chan, a scientist in the mechanical and materials engineering division at Southwest Research Institute, has been elected a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers International. Election for Fellowship requires an ASME member with at least 10 years of active engineering practice and recognizes engineering achievements and contributions to engineering.
