International Steel Group is to merge with Mittal Steel in the final step of a series of mergers, reports ISG, Cleveland, Ohio. Ispat International N.V. has agreed to acquire LNM Holdings N.V. of India. Following completion of the transaction, the company will be renamed Mittal Steel Company N.V.
