Chrysler Group reports that sales are increasing.(AUTOMOTIVE)

Dodge sold more than 1.4 million vehicles worldwide in 2004, which is half of the Chrysler Group's total sales, reports DaimlerChrysler. Dodge is the fifth-largest nameplate in the United States, with a 6.9% market share. Chrysler Group reported U.S. sales for February 2005 of 185,643 units, an increase of 8% over February 2004 sales of 172,647 units.
