Albright, former Assistant Secretary for Science and Technology, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), was lead speaker for the Materials Applications for Homeland Security session at the Materials Science and Technology 2005 (MS & T'05) Conference, held in Pittsburgh in September 2005.
