DOE program to maximize oil production, sequester C[O.sub.2].(BUSINESS TRENDS)

The U.S. Department of Energy is launching a new research effort aimed at maximizing U.S. oil and natural gas production while sequestering significant quantities of carbon dioxide. It is being launched through a solicitation to fund research up to $3 million per project for field-testing and validating integrated enhanced recovery/sequestration technologies.
