The ASM Materials Education Foundation has selected Krysta M. Biniek as its 2006 National Merit Scholar. The 2006 graduate of Cherry Creek High School, Englewood, Colo., was selected based upon her outstanding academic achievements, the diversity of her activities, and her interest in pursuing a career in materials engineering.
