Paul K. Whitcraft, director of quality, safety, and engineering at Rolled Alloys Inc., Temperance, Mich., has been named vice chairman of the ASTM International Board of Directors for 2007-2008. ASTM is headquartered in West Conshohocken, Pa. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Since 1975, Whitcraft has been active in several ASTM Committees.
