ASTM F-75 cobalt-chromium alloy with high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and wear has been designed for the rapid manufacturing of biomedical and aerospace components by Stratasys Inc., Minneapolis, Minn. The alloy was designed for parts made via the Arcam EBM (Electron Beam Melting) process.
