Randall M. German, FASM, has joined Mississippi State University, Starkville, as director of the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems (CAVS) and CAVS Chair Professor of Mechanical Engineering. As director of CAVS, he is reportedly "spearheading the growth of academic programs supporting the emerging Southern Automotive Corridor." Dr.
