The Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, Pa., has presented its 2007 Franklin Institute Awards to nine preeminent trailblazers in the fields of science, business, and technology. Among the new Franklin Institute Laureates honored on April 26 are two ASM members: * Norman R. Augustine, chairman and CEO (retired), Lockheed Martin Corp., Bethesda, Md., received the Bower Award for Business Leadership.
