The March 2007 joint meeting of the ASM Albuquerque Chapter and the New Mexico Section of the American Welding Society (AWS) featured Dr. Stephen W. Banovic, materials research engineer, Materials Science & Engineering Laboratory, National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Md.
