$11 million Stamford deal may signal market change New York partnership buys Hope Street property; transaction tempers loss of W.R. Grace to Florida STAMFORD -- Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services ushered in the New Year with a $11 million deal that represents a significant investment in the city's office market.
Hope Street Connecticut Limited Partnership, part of Corporate Properties Associates-10, a New York-based real estate investment trust, purchased the 81,500-square-foot building at 835 Hope St. on Jan. 10.
