Hungarian bus maker North American Bus Industries RT. (NABY) of Budapest, Hungary, said that its North American subsidiary is the apparent low bidder and may receive an order in November with options for over $21 million, for light-weight, liquid natural gas (LNG) propelled buses to the city of Santa Monica, California.
