Hardcore Composites, a unit of Master Builders Technologies, is the only manufacturer producing a composite Monopile. This huge, 14,000-pound composite pile, pigmented black, was constructed as a single 80-ft. long, 5-ft. diameter, 1.125-in. thick pile. It is a free-standing pile about 30 feet off the end of an inshore cradle.
