AEC-Able Engineering Co. Inc. (Able), a world leader in the design and manufacture of deployable booms, masts and antennas plus a full line of solar arrays, was acquired last summer by Pressure Systems Inc. (PSI) of City of Commerce. California. Able has used S-glass fiber reinforcement to make composite rods for use in its deployable antenna systems.
