Premix and Dainippon Ink & Chemicals Confirm Alliance.(Brief Article)

Premix Inc. (U.S.A.). and Dainippon Ink & Chemicals Inc. (Japan) have entered into a business relationship to service global customers with thermoset composite molding compounds. Premix has granted the DIC Polymer and Related Products Business Operations a molding compound technology and trademark license agreement effective January 1, 2000. This agreement is specifically targeted at the electrical industry in Southeast Asia.
Premix and DIC have also signed a letter of intent to review additional opportunity to work together to improve technology and expand the use of thermoset composites worldwide.
