BOEING 737 SPOILERS ORDER TO COMPOSITE STRUCTURES, LLC.

Composite Structures, LLC (CSLLC) in Monrovia, Calif. has received a purchase order from Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group to produce wing spoilers for the advanced-design Next Generation 737 aircraft.

Under terms of the new purchase order, ship sets consisting of 12 spoilers per ship set have been added to an existing contract and are to be delivered by the end of December 2002.

CSLLC has produced the spoilers for every 737 model that Boeing has ever built. The family of 737 aircraft is one of the most popular commercial passenger jetliners ever produced. More than 3,000 of the original and Classic 737s serve in airlines around the world. CSLLC has built more than 35,000 spoilers since production of the 737 began in 1967.
