The University of Missouri - Rolla, in conjunction with the Department of Economic Development, the City of St. James, and its industry partners, has seized a narrow window of opportunity to conduct research on and demonstrate the effectiveness of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites in bridge construction by building four bridges in the City of St.
