Effective December 31, 2000, Aviation Partners' patented Blended Winglet Systems for the Gulfstream II will be priced at $520,000 (installed in 10-14 days downtime).
With 106 shipsets of Blended Winglets sold, over half the eligible Gulfstream II fleet has been performance enhanced to date. IISP operators enjoy 7% additional range, faster time-to-climb, higher initial cruise altitudes, improved fuel reserve margins and better handling characteristics throughout all phases of flight. IISPs are not only more aesthetically appealing but they're selling faster, and commanding higher prices on resale, compared to straight-wing GIIs.
