Cannondale Corporation in Bethel, Connecticut, has recalled 367 of its "Carbon Lefty" composite suspension forks. These may break, causing the rider to lose control. The single-sided suspension forks were sold on three different 2001 models - Cannondale F4000, SL, Jekyll 4000 SL and Raven 4000 SL bicycles sold from December 2000 through June 2001.
