Envirokare Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:ENVK) of Las Vegas, Nevada says that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Envirokare Composite Corp. (ECC), made the final license fee payment to Thermoplastic Composite Designs, Inc. (TCD) of Mims, Florida, in connection with TCD's proprietary Thermoplastic Flowforming (TPF) process.
