Vermont Composites, Inc. announced that is has completed the purchase of its building and land on Shields Drive, in Bennington, Vermont. During the past five years Vermont Composites has leased the facility from Akzo Nobel. The purchase was completed with loan assistance of the Chittenden Bank, the Vermont Economic Development Agency (VEDA), and the assistance of the Bennington County Industrial Corporation (BCIC) and the Town of Bennington.
