SUMMARY - Net sales grew to EUR 49.4 million or 4% - Profit after financial items rose to EUR 4.8 million - Earnings per share EUR 0.64 - Dividend proposal EUR 0.35 per share, 54.6% of earnings per share - Industry division's net sales grew 9% - Acquisition of Menzolit-Fibron's pultrusion business strengthens Exel's position in Central European profile markets

NET SALES AND PROFITABILITY Exel Group's net sales during the year under review totaled EUR 49.4 million ($43 million). The Industry division grew 9.1% to EUR 21.9 million. The Sport division's net sales remained at the previous year's level and were EUR 27.4 million. The Industry division's operating profit was EUR 3.3 million and that of the Sport division EUR 2.0 million.
