SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS PRESOLICITATION.

The Department of Transportation, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).
The requirement includes hands-on training, training video, operation manual, illustrated parts list and preventative maintenance manual for breathing tanks systems. Competitive proposals are being sought.
The SCBA shall consist of a high-pressure 4500psi air cylinder in a backpack-type harness assembly, air pressure regulators, and a facemask an associated air hoses.
