Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENTG), the materials integrity management company, announced that a key customer has recently completed its conversion to Entegris' advanced wafer carriers, made up of a proprietary molding compound of polyetheretherketone (PEEK[TM]) and carbon fiber. The customer, one of the top five global semiconductor manufacturers, has integrated Entegris' STAT-PRO(R) 3000 Advanced Wafer Transport Carriers into its European fab.
