Domestic and international infrastructure projects for water and sewer pipe may benefit from a new, pressure pipe development that lightens pipe weight while handling compression and pressure loads. Concrete is poured through openings into the annulus between two composite skins to provide a high-pressure concrete pipe able to resist compression loads.
