TPI COMPOSITES FORMS NEW BOAT BUILDING COMPANY.

TPI Composites, Inc. has formed a separate boat building company, TPI Composites, LLC, with Pearson Yachts as its sole subsidiary. This will maximize the potential of its new Pearson Yachts True North series of powerboats, as well as its design, engineering and production capabilities, the company announced.
"TPI Composites, LLC, and Pearson Yachts will focus on expanding our core marine business," said Mark Pearson, who has been named president and CEO of TPI Composites LLC. "The formation of a separate LLC allows us to concentrate our considerable marine fabrication experience on introducing innovative products under the Pearson Yachts brand as well as to provide state-of-the-art boat-building capabilities to other top brands."
