April 8, 2003 - The K-Challenge for the America's Cup has signed one of the better-known and successful naval architects and designers in the field, Phil Kaiko. He was a principal designer of the 2003 challenger, OneWorld that was a semi-finalist in the Louis Vuitton Cup, the precursor event to the America's Cup to pick the Challenger for the Cup.
