JUNE 2, 2003 - Hall Spar's new spinnaker pole repair kit allows a racing crew to have a broken spinnaker pole up and flying within minutes after breaking. Based on a system introduced in America's Cup racing for fast repairs under great pressure, the Hall QuikSplint(tm) is aimed at the offshore racer who might need to carry a repaired pole for days rather than minutes.
