Composite Technology Signs Agreement with Aquila for ACCC Line Installation of FRP Composite Cored Aluminum Electrical Transmission Cable.

June 17, 2003 - Composite Technology Corporation (CTC) (OTC Bulletin Board: CPTC) of Irvine, California announced the signing of a Letter Agreement with Aquila, Inc. (NYSE:ILA) (Aquila) for testing of its proprietary aluminum conductor composite core (ACCC) electrical transmission cable on a segment of Aquila's transmission system. CTC will provide ACCC cable and hardware; Aquila will install CTC's products on a designated portion of its transmission system and will operate and monitor the line.
