Boeing Selects V System Composites for Advanced Development Program.

(VSC) has been selected by The Boeing Company, for development, fabrication and assembly of "Composite Structural Housing" Test Articles for the U.S. Army, Ft. Eustis, Rotorcraft Drive System for the 21st Century (RDS-21) Program. Boeing's CRAD program for the U.S.

Army, Ft. Eustis, AATD, is to build a primary structural component in the dynamic system using RTM fabrication techniques. The goals of the CRAD program are (1) 30% structural weight reduction, and (2) 15dB noise reduction for structure borne noise at frequency range of interest.
