Zoltek Reports Renewed and Expanded BMW Group Agreement and Progress.

January 28, 2004 - Zoltek Companies Inc. (NASDAQ NMS SYMBOL: ZOLT) today announced a "renewed and expanded" partnership agreement with BMW Group of Germany based on the successful achievement of several significant milestones in the development of all-carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite parts and components targeted for "series production cars." Zoltek has had this arrangement as "exclusive' with BMW for several years, and this makes it ongoing.
