April 13, 2004 - 3D Systems Corporation announced the installation of two Vanguard(TM) HS SLS(R) systems at the Renault F1 Team Advanced Digital Manufacturing [ADM(SM)] Centre in Enstone, England. The addition of the SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) rapid prototyping and direct manufacturing systems enables the team to directly manufacture end-use parts for the R24 racecar.
