April 26, 2004 - First-Quarter Highlights - Net income per share was $0.10, compared to $0.65 for the same period last year. Net income per share was reduced by restructuring charges of $0.24 in 2004 and $0.02 in 2003. Net income was further reduced in the first quarter of 2004 due to an impairment loss amounting to $0.08 per share.
