DSM to Increase Resin Prices Due to Raw Materials Pricing Patterns.

April 23, 2004 - Europe's largest UP resins and gelcoat producer, DSM Composite Resins, has announced a price increase on all its resin and gelcoat products of Euro 75 per metric tonne. This increase will take effect as of May 1st 2004. The company states that, with the prospect of further raw material developments and continuing recovery in demand for UP resins and gelcoats - coupled with higher logistical costs - this means a further price increase cannot be ruled out.
