April 5, 2004 - Rabintex Industries Ltd. of Tel Aviv, Israel, a leading manufacturer of personal protection equipment, recently launched a lightweight ballistic panel for use as ballistic insert in bullet-proof vests, weighing only 4.2 Kg./Sqm.(0.86 P/Sqf.) whereas the average panel weighs 5.5 Kg./Sqm.
