Hydrogen and Natural Gas Fuel Storage for the Japanese Auto Market.

April 13, 2004 - Dynetek Industries Ltd. (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) has delivered on-board hydrogen fuel storage systems and on-board CNG fuel storage systems to Toyota Motor Corporation. The hydrogen storage systems have been integrated into Toyota's FCHV (fuel cell hybrid vehicle)., undergoing real-world testing since 2001.

The CNG storage systems have been integrated with Toyota's IMTS CNG vehicle for EXPO 2005 Aichi, Japan. The CNG vehicles will be part of a real-world road test program leading up to the EXPO date. The hydrogen storage cylinders have been certified to 350bar (5000psi) and the CNG storage cylinders have been certified to 200bar (3000psi), both with approval by KHK in Japan.
